Confirmation is the last of the Sacraments for Christian Initiation: "for by the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Hence they are, as true witnesses of Christ, more strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed". -- Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1285

High school students who are fourteen and older who wish to receive the sacrament of Confirmation must complete a two year program through the Faith Formation Program.

Adults, 18 years and older, wishing to receive the sacrament must take the preparation classes available through the Adult Faith Formation.
